How Do You Wipe a Loved One's Remains Away.

Who cleans the crime scene where somebody died brutally? Or crime scenes with partially or fully decomposed bodies?

EVIDENCE: In addition to the monuments of White Cross a few hours drive from Johannesburg and The Wall of Remembrance, Bothaville, in the Free State are good starting points for evidence but another source of vital evidence is from the crime scene cleaners that must deal with the aftermath of farm murders.

We should be mindful that every crime scene is different and every attack from day to day or year to year just seems more unbearable due to the extreme brutality of the incidents. From when the attached video was first published in January, 2018 by Canadian Lauren Southern the situation has become worse, the attackers committing these atrocities have become more confident and must be stopped. President Ramaphosa deployed the military in to stop the spread of the coronavirus very quickly but he has not done anything from 2018 to STOP Farm Attacks and Farm Murders happening and by his silence confirms the government itself have been complicit in the brutality.

Here's the crime scene cleaners story...

BOOK REVIEW:

Meet the two sisters from Pretoria, South Africa who not only clean crime scenes but also try to relieve the trauma of those left behind.

Eileen de Jager and Roelien Schutte's job is most people's worst nightmare, but somebody has to do it. These two women perform the job with compassion and empathy. From farm attacks to family murders and suicides, they come armed with the correct equipment and chemicals, but above all, a lot of courage and humanity.

Schutte said : ''Some people can't handle it. Your mindset has to be right. You can't go in there and go home and talk about it. "

But, for the two Pretoria sisters, their job is a reality.

De Jager worked as a forex trader and Schutte as an interior designer before going to the UK on a working holiday 10 years ago. They were employed by a company that cleaned up crime scenes. After returning home, they decided to start their own company, Crime Scene Clean-Up. It also undertakes industrial accident clean-ups.

While bloody and gory scenes are a dime a dozen in horror films, one still registers that it is not real, De Jager said.

“Working with it is different. When we watch slasher movies, we calculate quotes and how much it would cost to clean it!”

The scenes they see every working day are traumatic and not something one gets used to.

Very Important WARNING: MAY DISTURB SENSITIVE READERS!! I will not sleep sound for a few nights, it is extremely disturbing. All based on real facts, and I guess someone has to do this job, but the detail is extremely graphic and very depressing. Be warned.
